Pursuant to Article 14 stipulating the inspection of agencies, organizations and individuals under the Ministry of Information and Communications Decision 29/QD-BTTTT in 2021 stipulates as follows:

Coordinate the development of annual inspection work plan

1. Based on the inspection orientation of the Ministry's leadership, the Ministry Inspectorate shall send a written request to the units to propose the inspection contents, objects and time in the following year before October 30 of each year.

2. Based on the requirements for performance of management tasks and tasks in their respective fields, units shall submit proposals on contents, subjects and inspection time in the following year to the Ministry Inspector before the 10th of this month. 11 every year according to Form No. 01-KT. When developing an inspection plan, it is necessary to agree with the inspection plan to avoid overlapping in content, subjects and time, except for unexpected inspection as prescribed in Article 16 of this Regulation.

3. The Inspectorate of the Ministry summarizes the proposals of the units, assumes the prime responsibility for developing the annual inspection work plan, and submits it to the Minister for approval before November 25 of each year.

In Vietnam, the issue of adjusting the test plan for people under the Ministry of Information and Communications?

Pursuant to Article 15 of the above document specifying the following contents:

Adjust the test plan

1. The unit shall adjust the annual inspection plan according to the following principles:

a) Adjustment after the first 6 months of the year;

b) Other adjustments when necessary: ​​According to the request of unexpected inspection or supplementing the inspection plan to complete the assigned tasks under the direction of the Leader of the Ministry.

2. The adjustment and supplementation of the annual inspection plan shall be carried out according to the following process:

a) Based on the annual inspection and examination plan approved by the Minister, the unit proposes the inspection contents and objects that need to be adjusted or supplemented (specify the reasons for the adjustment or supplementation); sent to the Ministry Inspector;

b) The Inspectorate of the Ministry shall summarize and review the inspection plan that needs to be adjusted and supplemented according to the principles specified in Article 4 of this Regulation; discuss and reach agreement with the unit on the content, subjects and inspection time that need to be adjusted and supplemented;

c) The Ministerial Inspectorate shall submit to the Minister for approval documents on amendments and supplements; send to the implementing unit after the Minister approves.
